Common Inquiries

In this section, we have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions. If there is something that we missed, please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us.

Where are you based?

Warwickshire IT Solutions is based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. We offer face to face lessons across the Midlands region and online lessons outside of the Midlands.

Regarding repairs, do not be put off by our location if you live outside of the Midlands. If you are wanting to enquire about a repair, a large number of repairs can be carried out remotely (over the phone or via video chat).

What subjects can or do you cover in a lesson?

We can go through a wide range of subjects including an introduction to computing, Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint & Office), introduction to Apple technologies and online safety and security.

What repairs do you do?

We offer a wide range of repairs for laptops, mobile phones, tablets and printers. We can fix a wide range of Windows, Apple and Android devices. 

Common fixes include broken screens, battery/charging issues, printer faults and computer errors. Further information can be found on the repairs page.

Do you offer face to face lessons?

As long as you are based in the Midlands region, you have the choice between face to face lessons and online lessons, anyone outside of the Midlands can book online lessons.

Do you offer callouts for repairs?

Initial investigation will be carried out over the phone to see if anything can be fixed before needing to come to you, however if callout or site visit is required then we will schedule a booking.

How will my lessons be structured

Each lesson is tailored around you, all lessons are provided on a 1-1 basis. You will first be booked onto an introduction lesson, where we discuss what you're wanting to learn, the reason for you wanting computer lessons, what your current computer skills are and where you'd like to be after you've completed your lessons.

Once we have completed the introduction session, you will have the option to book your first computer lesson, lessons are scheduled for an hour and you have the option to book as many or as few lessons as you feel is relevant. 

What prices do you charge for a repair?

All our repairs are priced on time taken to complete the repair and any parts that are required such as a new screen or keyboard. An initial deposit will need to be taken including a callout fee if required.

How do I make a payment?

Once prices are confirmed for your booking, you will be sent a quote via email, which will include a link to pay via Square. Square is an online payment solution used by many businesses across the country and offers a secure way to pay online.

What is your cancellation policy

We advise anyone with a booking who wishes to cancel or reschedule, to get in contact a least 24 hours before the lesson or repair is booked
